Halloween finish

Katherine's birthday present!

This is Drawn Thread "For the Birds" on 28 ct. linen. I finished it into a flat fold, my first ever! It came out really lovely if I do say so myself! And she loves it too!

My first ornie!

This is my Harry Potter inspired ornament called "Hedwig's Four Patch" It was a freebie from The Sampler Girl Website. I finished it onto brown felt and trimmed it with pinking shears. So cute!

A very early piece indeed!

So imagine my surprise when my Dad walks over and hands me this! I think this might be my very 1st finished piece. I was probably 8 ?! How cool is this! The back doesn't look that bad either! :)

this is the back side of the piece.... 28 count "Antique White" Cashel Linen
I made a few changes to it as there were some elements I didn't like, like the weird A, and I put my and my hubby's initials in color.
I finished it into a pillow!

Mirabilia's "Mother's Arms" finished!

Framed in a beautiful white distressed frame that matches my sisters nursery.It took me about 8 months to get this labor of love completed!
I love how both babies rest so peacefully perfect in her arms!
I think this is my last Mirabilia for awhile, I need to work on small pieces to finish fast, suits my small patience personality better!

Mothers Arms progress

Ok so here is how it looks as of a few days ago. I am stitching in the 2nd baby for the twins, I am just waiting till I know the sex of the baby! I think its a boy too!
